Refund Policy

• The refund process will be initiated only after the returned product passes a quality inspection.
• The original purchase invoice must be provided as proof of purchase.
• Refunds will be issued using the same payment method:
• Cash purchases: Refunds will be provided in cash.
• Card payments: Refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
• Cash purchases: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the quality inspection report is issued.
• Card payments: Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after the quality inspection report is issued.

Return & Exchange Policy

• Products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories.
• Returns or exchanges are accepted if the product does not match the specifications listed on the website, is damaged, or has manufacturing defects.
• Products cannot be returned if the damage is caused by misuse.
• Custom-made products requested by the customer are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
